This behavior is often correct, but there are several parts of electric vehicles that have problems. It is better to replace them than to repair them. One is for safety, and the other is that replacing them is more cost-effective than repairing!
1. Charger
The charger is a component that adapts to battery charging. After long-term use, it will heat up, the circuit board will burn, the components will change color, the shell will deform... Many unfavorable factors will have a certain adverse effect on the battery. Even if a small original is damaged, the rest of the originals will have new faults soon after repair. The originals are aging, and the circuit board is aging. The charger should be replaced. If the battery is damaged because the charger is broken, it will be too much of a loss!
2. Brakes
Good brakes are crucial to road riding safety. Without brakes, you will be helpless in an emergency. Once an accident is triggered, it is very dangerous. The brake pads are worn thin, the brakes can't stop, and they are tightened several times in a row. It's the "end". If you continue to use it, not only will the brakes waste electricity, but the brakes will not work. In order to save money, some people only replace the brake pads for cheapness. In fact, the "brake disc" is also worn. The normal inner brake disc is flat. If it is uneven, please replace the brake assembly!
3. Shock absorber
The shock absorber slows down the vibration of the whole vehicle. If the compression rebounds for a long time, it will leak oil, reduce the "elastic" performance, and even cause deformation due to collision. If the deformation is reset by hitting, the rigidity will be weakened, and the shock absorber will be flattened or even more biased. Riding in one direction will bring danger to riding. For safety reasons, it is recommended to replace it in time!
4. Front fork eight-piece bowl
The front fork eight-piece bowl is also called a pressure bearing. Its main function is to control the dexterity of turning and better control steering. Users who have difficulty turning and feel that they can't turn, they will refuel and continue riding. In fact, the pressure bearing is broken, and refueling cannot solve the problem. Continuing to ride will damage the front fork! The eight-piece bowl is a set of parts. Generally, the sub-parts will not be damaged at the same time. When one of the parts is damaged, it is a better choice to replace it instead of repairing it individually!
5. Battery
For the entire electric vehicle "parts", the battery is the most core part of the electric vehicle. If the battery is used for a long time or improperly maintained, some will be swollen. It is recommended not to continue using the swollen battery. If you continue to use it, it is easy to cause continuous "thermal runaway" phenomenon, which is very likely to cause a fire! Swollen batteries are difficult to repair and the maintenance cost is high. They are not as good as new batteries. In the long run, it is more cost-effective to replace them. Regarding the replacement of batteries, some users want to replace one of the four batteries if one is broken. This practice is also wrong. Because the voltage and discharge time errors between the entire set of batteries when the battery leaves the factory are extremely small. Replacing rashly will bring safety hazards to the entire set of batteries and risks to the electric vehicle. Moreover, if you replace a single battery, it will not last long, and it will cost more money. It is more cost-effective to replace the entire set!
